The Bank is now offering loyal customers 25% more credit

New data released by RosBusinessConsulting news agency show Uniastrum’s overall credit portfolio expanding over 60% year-on-year as of July 1, 2010

To be used for investment purposes and to enhance day-to-day cash flows, the credited funds have been issued under the Bank’s U-Super Prime program by way of a non-revolving credit line, repayable in 5-10 years

The Bank dramatically increased its share of the Saint Petersburg auto credit market just two months after launching its Uni SPG loan program

Until August 29 there will be no fee payable on money sent from Uniastrum outlets to regions hardest hit by the recent fires

As of the end of the reporting period Uniastrum issued more than 782,000 Visa and MasterCard cards, expanding its plastic card portfolio almost 40%

Uniastrum has begun its partnership with the Magadan regional fund. Under the existing agreement, the Fund has an overall guarantee cap of Rb 8 mn

The Bank has launched its new-look line-up of time deposits for legal entities and sole proprietors: the “Classic”, “Fixed”, “Top-Up”, and “Call” accounts

Effective August 10 – 18, there will be no fee payable on transfers via the Unistream network to regions worst hit by the recent fires

The Bank’s new auto finance program requires minimum application formalities and offers borrowers even more options when it comes to buying the vehicle of their choice

On July 16 Uniastrum’s Board of Directors approved the nomination of Evgeny Tutkevich as Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board. Mr. Tutkevich will step into his new role pending endorsement of the Board’s decision by Central Bank, in compliance with Russian law.

On July 5, at an enlarged meeting of the Board of Representatives of Moscow Administration Authorized Banks, First Deputy Mayor of Moscow Yuri Roslyak awarded Uniastrum Bank a certificate of merit for the solid build in its lending portfolio in 2009.

The Bank has put together a customer-friendly package for people living in Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad region. The “Uni SPG” auto loan offers interest rates starting at just 9.9% APR plus a credit card.

Customers opening an Interest First deposit account receive a U-Pay Deposit check card, as well as the chance to win an all-expenses-paid trip to Cyprus for two.

The Bank’s latest credit card initiative makes refinancing loans easier and cheaper

Effective through June and July, the special offer is open to anyone with a Uniastrum card or loan issued under the Bank’s U-Pay, U-Balance or U-Money lending programs

The makeover comes as a result of the need to align the Bank’s corporate identity with that of the Bank of Cyprus Group, while retaining the distinctive Uniastrum name and brand.
