The official opening ceremony of the new office took place on Friday, the 17th February 2006. Uniastrum CEO Pavel Neumyvakin discussed different problems of banking development and cooperation with regional government, mass media and business community representatives during his visit to Murmansk. According to his words ‘our new branch is aimed to provide people in Murmansk region with a full range of banking services particularly  deposits, banking cards, mortgage and car loans’.
